All children with RiSE+ accounts require a unique email address. We understand that many children do not yet have their own email. While we encourage parents to use the child's email we understand that it might not be possible. In this case we ask that you perhaps use your own alternative email address as the username for the child. If you try to use the same email that you used to set the account up, you will receive an error message that, "This email is already in use".
