Login cards

If you haven't created your child’s login cards, this article is for you

New learners joining the RiSE+ community will automatically be given login cards as part of their onboarding process. However, families who created their learner accounts before login cards were available will need to create them.

The process is amazingly simple, just follow these steps.

Step 1: Login to your Parent Account

Step 2: Click on the Family page

Step 3: Click on the "Create login cards" button above the student tiles (top right of screen)

Step 4: Confirm the username and password for your child. Usernames must be unique to your child. *Tip* Pick something that will be easy for them to remember and type. Passwords are randomly generated; you can type your own or click the refresh icon to receive a new randomly generated password if your prefer.

Step 5: Once the child’s login details are saved you can email or print the login card.
